Hi Everyone

Hope you are all well and have managed to get some sort of break or staycation this summer? We have just returned from our break touring the Northumberland coastline and the Lakes in a Motorhome which wasn't what we had planned this summer but we had to adapt no doubt like everyone at the moment.

Packing for this posed a problem as we all know how much the weather changes in our country. Sarah Gray came over to the shop a few weeks ago and put together a video of what to pack for these holidays which was most helpful. She pointed me in the right direction for a number of outfit choices and much to my husbands relief i didn't pack that much!

We have been extremely lucky to be busy in the shop and online this month, its heartbreaking to hear of boutiques and other companies closing down in these worrying times so thank you again for all your support, myself and my family really appreciate it.

Shop small and local is a subject close to all our hearts at the moment and listening to our customers this is exactly what they have been doing and intend to do in the near future which is fantastic.

The introduction of face masks on the 24th bought with it some issues and once again adapting to a new way of life. We have bought in some disposable masks for people who have forgotten theirs if they have to wear one. We made the decision not to wear them ourselves so that you can clearly hear us and that we are always a safe distance away from our customers BUT if you are more comfortable with us wearing them please just say. We still want your experience in the boutique to be as pleasurable as we can in these times.

Our SALE is now on in store and online and there are some real bargains to be had. Believe it or not we have Autumn clothing arriving in the boutique these next few weeks so we have to make room :)
