Meet Sarah, founder of bell&fox

"I am passionate about accessories and love the way they can turn any outfit into something with real personality, and a real sense of style.

I started my career nearly 30 years ago, working as an accessories designer and buyer for the likes of TopShop, Whistles and Jigsaw, and heading the accessories teams for Monsoon, Radley and Reiss.

While I loved my work, some aspects of the fashion industry frustrated me - the corners cut on sustainability to achieve maximum profits, and the throwaway, fast fashion culture. 

I wanted to create my own collection, with an emphasis on style over fashion and quality over cost, which would ensure each piece lasted for years and not just for one season. I wanted to use my experience to create responsibly sourced, ethically made handbags and accessories, and still competitively priced.
